The 2009 season will consist of 10 events throughout the year, beginning with the Decatur King and Queen Invitational chess tournament on Friday, February 20. The nine remaining events will be announced as scheduling details are finalized.

The productivity log, seen at right, is a new feature here at curtmerrill.com. It is based largely — OK, wholly — on Mike's productivity diary.
Each day I'll post about what I accomplished. In some cases I may have to backfill, as I did recently after traveling without a laptop and reliable internet connectivity.
The goal is to motivate myself to get stuff done because I want to avoid the embarrassment of publicly stating that I didn't.
Here's to getting on the track in 2009.
